Moving ME Forward’s mission is to mentor young Health/Fitness Professional’s to become part of our community, create innovative programs/events , work within Health and fitness industries, serving the individuals of the Androscoggin area, thus creating a ripple effect in our area.

Robert Porter

Robert Porter

Robbie began at Central Maine Community College in the Physical Fitness Program. He went on to get his B.S. in Athletic Training as a Licensed Athletic Trainer and became a licensed EMT. After a few years in the field, he joined Central Maine Conditioning Clinic as an Athletic Trainer working at the Mustang Fitness Center doing injury evaluation, game coverage, student mentoring and personal training. He also supports CM Conditioning Clinic both at the clinic and out at corporate locations. He has a desire to impact the health of our community.
Skyler Henry

Skyler Henry

Skyler moved from Connecticut to obtain her Physical Fitness associate degree at Central Maine Community College. After graduation she became a full-time employee at Central Maine Conditioning Clinic working at the Mustang Fitness Center as personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and traveling out corporate locations to health coach. Skyler is pursuing her degree in Health Science. Skyler has a desire to impact the lives she touches through training, coaching, and mentoring. Skyler is a Lake Auburn Half Marathon Volunteer.
Jordy Knoren

Jordy Knoren

Jordy moved from the Netherlands and became a Maine resident. He graduated from the CM Community College’s Physical Fitness Program. After graduation he began working for Central Maine Conditioning Clinic as a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach. He was later promoted to the Supervisor of the Mustang Fitness Center. Through his program development at the fitness center, his personal training, and his strength and conditioning, he is influencing our community’s health. He also coaches the Central Maine Community College’s Men’s Hockey team. He is a Lake Auburn Half Marathon Volunteer.

Freddy Webb

Freddy Webb

Freddy Webb was a graduate of the 2018 class of the PHF program of Central Maine Community College, as well as a member of the Mustangs Basketball team. Before returning to his home in Australia, he did a Strength and Conditioning internship at Quinnipiac College, and spent a week with the Strength coach of the Sacramento Kings. He is currently working at his family’s crocodile park, pursuing further education in sports psychology, and playing for a G-league professional basketball team (Illawarra Hawks) near Sydney Australia. He “Gives Back” by coaching young athletes attending basketball camps.
Dana Tayler-Fifield

Dana Taylor-Fifield

Has a degree in Applied Science with a focus in Physical Health and Fitness, was a Student Fitness Trainer at CMCC and currently works as a Non-invasive, Cardiovascular Technician at Central Maine Medical Center.

Ellie Harrington

Continued her education obtaining her BS in Exercise Physiologist; currently works at Speare Memorial Hospital in NH.
